User Extension Setup

As the next setup step, assign PBX extension numbers to all employees who use telephony.

To do this, open the employee profile and click Edit in the Contact information block.

Add the employee extension number in the Extension field.

Note

Repeat this step for each Bitrix24 user.

Caution

IMPORTANT! Bitrix24 supports internal numbers no longer than 4 digits (9999).
