3CX module settings
To configure the application, open the Applications section in the left menu of your Bitrix24 portal and select 3CX integration.

In the 3CX integration application, open the SETTINGS tab and fill in all fields as described below. Setting up integration from the Bitrix24 side includes 5 steps:

Main settings
Section titled “Main settings”Section with the main integration settings from the Bitrix24 side:

Setting Description Application IP address Contains the application server address. If access to the PBX is restricted, use this address to allow the application. PBX connection status Shows the PBX connection status. Connected means the PBX connection is successful. Otherwise, verify the connection settings below. PBX listener status Shows the status of the PBX event listener. Connected means the listener is running successfully. Otherwise, verify the connection settings below. PBX diagnostics Shows a brief summary of PBX connection statistics and helps identify where a connection problem occurred. PBX connection protocol Protocol used to connect to the PBX. HTTPS is used by default. 3CX host (FQDN) PBX address. Use the name assigned when the PBX was registered. PBX connection port Port used to connect to the PBX. Specify the port in use (HTTPS — 443, HTTP — 80), standard or custom, depending on your configuration. Client ID (token name) Access token name created in General API settings. Client Secret (API key) Access token created in General API settings. Token received Authorization token status, updated after a successful PBX connection. Token expires Authorization token status, updated after a successful PBX connection.

Users settings
Section titled “Users settings”This section lists Bitrix24 users who use telephony.

Setting Description Employee Bitrix24 user for whom the integration is enabled. Create lead for unknown number (inbound) If checked, inbound calls from unknown numbers will create a lead. Create lead for unknown number (outbound) If checked, outbound calls to unknown numbers will create a lead.

Inbound line settings
Section titled “Inbound line settings”This section lists Bitrix24 users who use telephony. Trunk control enables inbound call control. Settings are specified below. Required for routing to the responsible person.

Setting Description Trunk active Enables or disables trunk processing in Bitrix24. Trunk name Trunk name (number). Route to responsible person Enables call transfer to the responsible person and primary call routing (see below). Responsible person Default employee responsible for new leads. Call destination during business hours If routing to the responsible person is enabled and the responsible person cannot be determined, calls during business hours will be routed to the specified destination (Queue, Group, IVR, extension). Call destination outside business hours If routing to the responsible person is enabled and the responsible person cannot be determined, calls outside business hours will be routed to the specified destination (Queue, Group, IVR, extension). Adapt Caller ID Settings for transforming the customer’s inbound number. In some cases, inbound numbers are not sent in international format, for example 8029instead of+37529. Business hours settings
Section titled “Business hours settings”Business hours settings. Calls received during business hours will be forwarded to the IVR or group responsible for business hours. Calls outside business hours are routed in the same way.

Setting Description Time zone Your time zone for correct business hours configuration. Business day start and end Start and end time of the business day. Break start and end Start and end time of the break during the business day. Working days Select the days that are considered working days. Additional working days Specify extra working days when a working day is moved. Additional non-working days Specify extra non-working days when a day off is moved.
