Diagnostics

For basic diagnostics of the application and the parameters required for its operation, go to the Diagnostics tab and click the Run diagnostics button.

The application settings, Bitrix24 availability, license presence, application registration status, external access to the PBX, and permissions for important folders will be checked. If any item does not meet the requirements, a warning will be displayed.
