Setting up routes
To enable the module to integrate into dial plans, you need to configure routes in the Incoming Lines Processing block.
To proceed to settings, click the edit icon in the block header:

Add each of the incoming lines connected to the integration into the table, filling in all available fields as in the example:

| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Indicates whether the processing rule is active |
| Name | Name of the rule |
| Destination | The destination to which the call will be directed after the application embeds |
| Responsible (Bitrix24) | The employee who will be responsible by default for calls from unknown customers |
| Transfer to Responsible | Flag that enables transferring the call to the employee responsible for the given customer, when the customer can be identified by phone number |
| Show Client Name | Flag that enables transmitting the customer’s name to the phone if the customer was identified by phone number and such capability is supported by the phone |
After saving the line settings in the module, go to the Inbound Routes settings (Connectivity -> Inbound Routes) and for each of the lines involved in the integration, set the corresponding application rule as the destination:

Upon completion of the setup, run the PBX configuration rebuild.
