Setting up the module for FreePBX

When you first open the module settings page, a form will be shown containing mandatory fields.

Parameter Description
FreePBX Address The address of your FreePBX in the format protocol, domain or IP address, port. Please note, this address must be accessible from the outside, i.e., you need to make FreePBX accessible from the Internet.
Bitrix24 Domain The address of your Bitrix24 (domain, or domain:port)
Bitrate (kbit/s) Bitrate for converting call recordings when transferring to Bitrix24
Timeout (sec) Connection timeout with Bitrix24; in most cases, 5 seconds is sufficient
Cache TTL (sec) Lifetime of data cache received from Bitrix24 (users, etc.). The cache is necessary to reduce the number of requests (and therefore load) for the same type of data from Bitrix24.

After filling in the initial settings, Save them.
