Network services settings

Open the PBX admin panel and go to the section Settings – System – Security, then go to the tab Service and configure the following:

• Tick the line enable FTP
• Tick the line enable AMI
• Change the standard AMI Username and Password (these username and password should be registered in the module settings on the side of Bitrix24)
• Enter the Permited IP/Subnet Mask: 185.47.152.82 / 255.255.255.255
• Click Save

Note

185.47.152.82 — this is the IP address of the server integrating the Bitrix24 module with the Yeastar IP PBX. For the integration to work, your PBX must have access to this IP.

Important!

If the PBX is located behind a NAT, depending on the NAT device settings, you may need to add the local address of the NAT device to the list of allowed addresses.

For example: If the gateway at the entrance to the network implements NAT and substitutes the addresses of incoming connections with its own (192.168.1.1), in this case, add additional permissions for 192.168.1.1 / 255.255.255.255
