Setting up an FTP access

Setting up an FTP connection varies greatly depending on the firmware version of your PBX.

For PBX versions prior to 30.7.0.27

• The login for FTP access – support
• The password for FTP access - iyeastar

For PBX versions 30.7.0.27 and later

• The login for for FTP access – support
• The password for FTP access - to obtain the password, go to Settings – System – Security, open the Service tab, and enable the Enable SSH option.
• In the window that opens, click the Regenerate, copy the password into the TXT file and click OK

• After generating the FTP password, you can uncheck Enable SSH option. Integration will work without “Enable SSH” option. Don’t forget to Save the settings.

You will need to enter this password in the integration module settings in the FTP section.
